Direct access clients come direct to Chambers, instead of using a solicitor. It may be the right option for you if you feel that you wish to do your own paperwork and correspondence whilst still having the option for expert advice.
When you contact Anvil Chambers, I will be your first point of contact. We will discuss the details of your case and the options available to you. If, after discussions, we both feel that direct access is the right route for you, I will arrange an initial conference with a Barrister. This can be either in person at our Chambers in Folkestone or via MS Teams. Direct access is not for everyone but I will happily have an informal chat with anyone that is considering it.
I will be able to go through all potential costs with you upfront, so you know exactly what you are looking at with complete transparency.
