Fiona was called to the Bar in 2009 by Gray’s Inn and has practiced in crime, family and regulatory cases. She now maintains a practice in family law, both public and private. Prior to becoming a barrister, Fiona worked for some years in a solicitors’ office in Wales, and is a proud graduate of the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
Fiona is an experienced practitioner highly rated for her common sense, kindness and practical approach to problem solving. A tenacious advocate, with meticulous attention to detail, she is engaging in the courtroom and known for her ability to bring together parties experiencing high conflict to achieve a sensible child-focused outcome.
Fiona was appointed as a Recorder on the South Eastern Circuit in 2024.
